Welcome to the end-user documentation for MailFlow Relay.

What is MailFlow Relay?
We provide transparent email forwarding and list management with optional ehnancements. In simple terms: you don't really notice us and get some cool new features normal email simply doesn't have.
Forwarding and lists
If your organization has MailFlow Relay set up you probably already used it without noticing. We take all emails send to our managed addresses and process it invisibly. We forward your emails to lists and do all the heavy lifiting like filtering out invalid addresses so you can just email like you always did - but better.
To edit forwarding lists or create new ones please talk to your system administrators.
Webapp
We provide a small webapp that allows you to get an overview of your settings and subscriptions. It also allows editing your account and preferences.
What can I do with the webapp?
Ideally you never actually need to log in at all but if you do you can:
- Change your email address
- Manage your optional subscriptions
- Configure your pingback-preference. Pingbacks allow you to recieve your own emails send to lists as a copy to make sure it is actually send.
How do I sign up?
If your administrator has set everything up correctly you can just sign in and use the Webapp directly.
For those that just want to manage their emails over email we also support some actions of the webapp - notably email list self-service using a simple method described here.
